BEFORE the first Regional in Austria, Austrian athletes can take part in all Regional championships of the NPC Worldwide without any problems.
If the athlete wants to take part at any Pro Qualifier worldwide, BEFORE the domestic Regional of the current year, the athlete must have taken part in a Regional the year before.
As soon as the first Regional has taken place in Austria, the athlete MUST have started at the domestic Regional in order to obtain the Regional Certificate.
This is the prerequisite for being able to compete internationally at Pro Qualifier championships.
