My name is Elvira, I’m 24 years old
As a child, I danced professionally for 10 years, after that I started doing fitness for my figure, I trained myself and didn’t understand anything about it, especially about nutrition.
At the age of 18, I received training as a fitness trainer and from that moment I had a dream of performing in a fitness bikini.
I worked in a fitness studio and trained.
During quarantine, the gyms were closed and I gained weight, I didn’t like it, I started working out on the street and getting in shape. When the gyms opened, my training continued, at that moment I wanted to prepare for competitions. But a long-standing dance injury and surgery interrupted this process.
It took me a long time to recover. After the stitches were removed, I went to the gym on day 4 and began training and working.
I moved from my country to Vienna and lived here for less than a year, and already here I realized that if not now I need to prepare for bikini fitness and in the spring my long-awaited dream will come true and I will go on stage.
I never let go and trained whenever possible, I don’t know what it is, but it’s definitely not motivation. Some inner voice constantly tells me “Don’t give up, move on, if it’s very difficult, who else will do it if not me.” And probably strict discipline that has been developed over the years and I am very grateful to my character and perseverance to work no matter what.
Now I am preparing for competitions and I train people in the gym and online and help many girls create their dream figure.
I believe this is just the beginning There will be more to come.
